University Journal Editors' Quality Requirements and Their Training under the Conditions of Knowledge Economy

With the coming of age of knowledge economy,university journal editors are required to possess higher quality.They should be possessed of sound professional ethics,reasonable knowledge structure,strong ability of collecting information and the power of innovation.To improve their quality and suit the demands of the age of knowledge economy,they should be encouraged to undertake further education,research in their own specific fields,editing practice and self-teaching.
