Discussions on the Organizational System and the Management Mechanism of Water Resources Management

An effective way to solve the water resources problems is to manage the water resources scientifically. It is an urgent requirement to adapt the organizational and management system of water resources management to the socialist market economy and the sustainable development strategy. This paper mainly discusses the organization and management system of Chinese water resources management.
