Annotation enhancement by VBA for ArcMap

ArcGIS9 provides many tools for the purpose of creating professional cartography.However,the basic functions are not very convenient for annotation editing in ArcMap and we need spend many time on it.These could be improved by VBA programming.In this article,we will development some efficient useful tools by VBA,including annotating the selected features,selecting text symbol quickly and refresh graphics only(don't refresh layers) etc.We can edit cartographic annotations quite more efficiently by using these tools.
