Electronic official document is superior in fabrication cost and wandering;it is easier and faster,higher in efficiency and environment protecting.In recent years,electronic official document has been widely used in SINOPEC organization departments and enterprises and institutions directly under it and electronic official document has been added to stamp function,and standardized in application and management in safety,unity,effectiveness,and its good application effect has been achieved.
