Research on Tacit Knowledge Visualization of Experts in Emergency Decision

As support for emergency decision,experts' tacit knowledge is a necessary guarantee of enhancing the quality of emergency decision. The following article introduces knowledge map into emergency decision,by getting experts' tacit knowledge based on demand and classification of knowledge,restoring experts' tacit knowledge,which is called building a dynamic database of experts' tacit knowledge,including experts' elementary information database,experts' special skills database and experts' relationships database. Then experts' tacit knowledge maps are built by using Net miner in order to realize knowledge visualization,including expert-knowledge map,knowledge-knowledge map and expert-expert map. In addition,the research mines and analyzes the functions of knowledge maps to provide references. Eventually,the quality and efficiency of emergency decision can be improved.
