On spectrum of operator completion

The operator MX=JB(ACXB] is presented that is a bounded linear operator defined on the Hilbert space H K, where A∈B(H), B∈B(K) and C∈B(K, H)are given and X is taken over B(H,K). The general proof is provided for all the intersection of σ(MX) and good results are obtained of the spectrum distribution for σ(MX).
