Oriented scenario requirement modeling has been used more and more widely in the course of requirement since this method comes out. However, there are big difficulties in the method of oriented scenario requirement method keeping requirement correctness and completement. The method of oriented goal requirement has solved the judgement of requirement correctness and completement successfully. This thesis tries to translate scenario description into goal description, then to guarantee correctness and completement of scenario description by guaranteeing correctness and completement of goal. Therefore, this thesis raises a deduction method of event trace diagram to operational goals set through event trace diagram semantic description, and provides judgement theory of deducing equivalence.
