Aimed at the present situation and the existing problems of the control,monitoring,communication and precautionary system of freshet disaster in Jiangxi province,the plan schemes of the monitoring system,communication system,precautionary system and warning feedback system were detailly stated.By means of the advanced informationization method,the system of monitoring,communication and precaution of fleshet disaster for our province scale was built.
