The application of DCS redundant systems in flue gas desulfurization

With increased competition in the industry and escalating environmental protection pressure,the production company to pursue more production equipment reliability and stability,especially those who control critical production process equipment often requires the use of redundancy.Currently,most based on programmable logic controller distributed control system(DCS) for its high reliability and control,management excellence,it is widely used in petroleum,chemical industry,metallurgy,electric power and other industries,is the most advanced process control system redundancy.This paper focuses on the two ControlLogix processor,the use of modern network technology,graphics technology and redundancy technology for distributed control devices to regulate,monitor and manage the DCS system in the production of flue gas desulfurization system solutions.
