In order to solve over-sized numbers and varied information content of readers' information ac-quisition,and meet their ever-changing information demand,the writer uses the comprehensive analysis, qualitative and quantitative combination SOA and integration ideas to construct the information integra-tion model based on SOA in universities and researches its economic and social benefits,and finally ex-amine the feasibility of the theory by empirical validation.
