Enterprise crisis affects seriously the development and existence of enterprise. Enterprise probably meets with enterprise crisis of all kinds. Crisis management of enterprise must be strengthened and it can make the enterprise get long range development. Enterprise crisis management system is divided into crisis defence, crisis monitor, crisis controlment in advance, crisis policy decision, crisis handling and crisis summarization subsystems.
