A Primary Research on Emergency Management for Urban Cyber Information Security

With development of digital and smart cities,risks and threats to cyber information security accumulate dramatically.Metropolis has become a highly risky center for cyber incidents,which calls for an effective emergency management.The metropolis cyber incidents management should acclimatize itself to new emergency management style of the whole government and the whole society.To cope with vulnerabilities of cyber space,the strategy of developing resilient cities would be a good choice.
