The Important Functions of Minor Error Rule in Scientific Experiment

In this paper,the important functions of minor errors' rule in scientific experiment have been analyzed successfully from three aspects.The first is experiment design,the second is precise valuing scientific constant,and the third is the significant figure expression and approximate method of error,which results in the general applied rules of minor error rule in the scientific experiment and experiment teaching,and effectively promote the precision of the scientific experiment.
