This paper presents a Web system based on modeling and SQL Server 2000 database,which is also a practical problem of China Unicom Co,Ltd.of Huainan Branch.It is discussed the method,process and strategy of a new information management system.Consider ing the security and management requirements,this system adapts a 3-tiers architecture based on B/S model.
