Introducing project management into the construction of Hospital Information System,and to startup,plan,execute,manage and close program according to the method of project management is a significant and valuable work.Based on the analysis of traditional method,combined with the theories,methods and tools of the project management,we proposed several research issues which should be given more attention during the period of constructing of hospital information system.
