Subjectivity of the Adverb zhen

It is generally thought that zhen is a multi-functional word,which has adjective and adverb functions,but there are confused ideas about the properties of the adverb zhen.By studying the adverb zhen from semantic,pragmatic and syntactic perspectives,we hold that the adverb zhen is a appraising adverb for strengthening affirmation and has a very strong subjectivity.
