The Implementation of DICOM Medical Image Segmentation Based on VC++ and Matlab Mixed Programming

DICOM used as standards of all kinds of digital imaging equipments' image format and data transmission,many medical image have adopted the DICOM standard.In this paper,first analyze serival VC++ and Matlab interface methords in detail,write one Matlab COM component in an example to read DICOM images and convert file type,then in the VC++ program environment,use mixed programm technology to call the COM component,at last program a semi-thresholding algorithm to obtain the image segmentation.Mixed programming approach combines the advantages of VC and Matlab,the implementation is convenient and experiment effect is finally good.
