Design of the Library Information Management System Based on RFID

The paper analyzes the problems currently existing in the implication of Bar code recognition technique in the college library,discusses advantages of Radio Frequency Recognition Technology(RFID).A model of library information management system is developed based on RFID for the college library.The application of the system can realize the following series of functions,self-borrowing and self-return,self-check,automatic sorting,arrangement and highly-efficient checking,and consequently save the labor,enhance the working efficiency and service level in library management.
