Congestion Control and Protocol Spoofing Based on TCP/IP over Satellite

According to the long start time, the long congestion recovery and the low communication efficiency in TCP/IP over Satellite, three methods to solve those problems, such as extension of initial window, selective acknowledgment, and fast retransmit/fast recovery are given, the protocol spoofing based on SSCOP is discussed also, therefore the efficiency and security of TCP /IP over satellite are increased.
