Design of a DAC Circuit for LCD Source Driver

In order to convert the digital signals into corresponding gamma voltages and send them to output buffer,we need a DAC circuit in the design of LCD source driver.Based on the model proposed in the book written by P.E.Allen,we design a 6 bit R-DAC circuit for LCD source driver.The circuit was simulated by Cadence spectre.Under TSMC 0.25 μm CMOS process.The supply voltage is 8.0 V and the results derived from the proposed model are in agreement with those from theory.
