Moving Target RCS Sequence Decomposed Based on IFS

In this paper,we analyze the Radar Cross Section(RCS) sequence while target is moving,then propose that it is composed by Certain Variation Sequence (CVS) and Random Variation Sequence (RVS).We can testify that they have the fractal features,and as a result a fractal filter based on Iterate Function System (IFS) is presented.The result shows the decomposition is better than band passed filter.
