The binary connection number A+Bi connects the deterministic measure and the non-deterministic measure together.Its basic idea is to combine one deterministic set and one non-deterministic set together to describe an identical research object.Its theoretical basis is set pair theory,with which the probability,the fuzzy membership and the interval number can be converted to a binary connection number,so its basic algorithm is simple and practical and can be used to deal with various non-deterministic problems.
