A Counting Method of Reinforcing Bar Based on Multi-template Covering

A method based on multi-template covering for reinforcing bar counting is introduced. It firstly uses horizontal template to search possible object region rapidly, then uses cross template to find object position, and finally uses regular polygon template to judge if a reinforcing bar exists. The algorithm realizes a higher efficiency and better real-time character than that only using a single template.
