The Study and Design of the High-accurate Inductance Sensor Circuit System

The importance of the inductance sensor to carry out the high-accurate measurement in the finish machining system has been introduced,and the designing method of sine generator and transformer bridge in the inductance sensor circuit system is discussed.Furthermore,in order to improve the method of measure precision,the method by using computer software with digital-filter to eliminate the random interference and using linear regression to reduce the systematic error has been proposed also.
