Netlogo-Based Simulation and Analysis of College Confidential Project Management

Agent-based simulation,a methodology based on Complex Adaptive System(CAS) theory,is considered to be a new approach to research risk of impacting college confidential project management.Applying agent-based modeling and simulation methodology,based on the analysis that college confidential project management is a complex system,construct the models for confidential staff agent,indirect confidential staff agent,confidentiality manager agent and stealing information staff agent.Applying the simulation tool-Netlogo,analyze the impacts of environment and encouragement measures on college confidential project management system.The experiment result illustrates that college research environment construction plays a very important role in college confidential project management,and perfect encouragement measures are essential for college confidential project management to achieve some benefit.
