The current state of international cyber range is introduced.Through the analysis of the resource interface layer,the rage operation layer and the consumer testing layer of cyber range in the USA,the evolution and system structure of international cyber range are proposed,the key techniques and focal points of development are advised,while the significance of implementing cyber range is summarized.
