Use CPM for Resource Balance in Projects

CPM is widely used in Gantt and Pert charts of project management. As a branch of resources allocation,the solution of resources balance is diffusely talked about. In this article,we firstly exploit CPM to gain the working procedures on non-critical path and then,use their float times to postpone their earliest-start-time by Greedy strategy,at last we reach the target of resources balance. We also give experiments to validate the correctness of our arithmetic.
