Wartime Radar Equipment Guarantee System Efficiency Evaluation Based on Group Decision

This paper adopts evaluation method based on group decision to set up wartime radar equipment guarantee system efficiency evaluation indexes.We adopt triangle fuzzy weight to confirm the weight of index and experts to solve the problem that the weight is hard to confirm.We also adopt an emotion operator to deal with index grading,since the difference of qualitative index points is great.The result of a practical example slows that this method has practicability and extendability,and the model has important value in improving the wartime radar equipment guarantee system efficiency evaluation,and has reference value in guiding other guarantee system efficiency evaluation.
