Synchonised Phasor Measurement Unit is used to phasor acquisition and real-time dynamic monitering of ship power system.A CAN application-layer protocol for synchonised phasor comunication is defined.It also diefined the message frame format of synchonised message and phasor message.Impelement the unicast and multicast communication of CAN field bus.Which meets the PMU communication very well.
