Let Xn= { 12…n}(n≥4) be the chain of n elements,Wnbe the semigroup of order-preserving and compressing singular transformations on Xn.The classification,structure and the number of all maximal subsemigroups of the ideals I*r= {α∈Wn| | im α | = r}(1≤ rn) are obtained in this paper.
