Research on storing ontology change logs based on Change-Tree

Ontology change is designed to adapt to environmental changes while its prerequisite is that the compatibility between ontology and application exits.In fact,the incompatibility always comes from the renaming,merging and splitting of ontology concepts or properties.This paper proposed a novel method for storing ontology change logs based on Change-Tree.This method used a special orientated tree to organize the ontology change process,stored ontology change information in tree nodes,expressed the change type using and-or relations between nodes. Meanwhile this method could traverse each ontology change stage by means of tree seaching method,which provided a flexible and efficient way to reproduce the whole process of ontology change.
