A new fast public-key cryptographic construction based on chinese remainder theorem

A fast public-key cryptosystem is proposed by which the new algorithm uses Chinese remainder theorem to hide the trapdoor information.The speed of the cryptographic system is high in that only several modular multiplications and a multiplication for low-dimensional matrix and vector are used during encryption and decryption,while the security of the new system is based on the intractability assumption of integer factorization.
