This paper first analyses the characters and structure of Database Cluster Se rver.Secondly,it researches Database Cluster Server's monitor algorithms ,tra nsaction propagation and exception handling.Thirdly,this article provides the design of management software of Anycast Database Cluster Server,simul-taneou sly combines with the development of Database Cluster Server's Manager Software called DBC2.0to discuss how to im-plement it's management.
