We study time course and spatial distribution of parameters of small earthquake activity,the parameters is ratio of earthquake number between K=10 and K=9,hypocenter depth and azimuthal chang of press stress decided by hypocenter mechanism.Protracted the spatial distribution of small earthquake activity parameters,identified medium-term anomalies of small earthquake activity parameters for strong earthquakes forecasting,obtained the gestation location of strong earthquake 1-2 year before strong earthquakes.
