Mixed Strategy Nash Equilibrium Model of Application Analyze to Intellectual Property Protection

Intellectual property protection depends on not only the perfect legislation and the law enforcement,but also the self-consciousness of safeguarding rights and the law abiding environment.Chinese enterprises and research institutions are less awareness to the intellectual property protection,and their ability in safeguarding rights is weak.Respecting intellectual property rights of others has not yet become the mainstream.According to the game theory,this paper analyzes a mixed strategy Nash equilibrium solution of an intellectual property protection case,concludes that increasing the self-consciousness for protection and the costs of infringer can protect the intellectual property effectively.
