Design and Implementation of an Ultra Wideband Frequency Synthesizer

By using direct digital synthesizer(DDS) and direct analog synthesizer technology,the full 1～18GHz tuning range with a tuning step size of 10 Hz and tuning speed of less than 1μs is realized,and the technical requirement of low spurious(-50dBc) and low phase noise(-90dBc@ 1kHz) is satisfied.
