A New Dynamic Wavelength Assignment Algorithm

This paper discusses the assignment algorithm on loading equalization, evaluates the disadvantage of the present algorithm, and proposes a new algorithm. By comparison, the new algorithm can effectively consider the effect of assigning wavelength on the whole net, improving the usefulness of the wavelength.
