Three controls are the objective of engineering supervision for Gongboxia hydropower station,of which the quality control is the core work in the engineering supervision.Supervision quality controls are implemented via three-stage control,three-check control and three-level control.It shall also precede the progress and investment control,contract and information management,equipment management as well as supervise,urge and inspect the Contractor to well carry out the safety production and civilized construction, aiming at establishment of the excellent project.
