The research on the stability of L-Histidine standard solution

The main parameters such as temperature,time and pH value,which affect the stability of L-His solution,were studied in this paper.The experiment results indicate that premium conditions that keep the stability of L-His solution are:temperature is 6?℃,standing time is 72 hours and the pH value is pI.In these perameters mentioned above,the maximum affection one is temperature,then the time and pH value.To assure the stability of L-His solution,it should be reserved at low temperature and after three days,the standard L-His solution at pI value should be reprepared.
