Research on the Construction of Open Access(OA) Resources in University Library

Adopting the mode of online survey,this paper investigates the utilization of OA resources in university library,introduces in detail the main ways for accessing the OA academic resources,and based on this,puts forward some solutions for university library to integrate the utilize the OA resources.
