Application of Excel in the Bulk Conversion between ISBN-10 and ISBN-13

This paper introduces method of the bulk conversion between ISBN-10 and ISBN-13 with function of formula editing and function setting of Excel in order to check the same books rapidly in library when purchasing,and convert between old and new bibliographic data smoothly.
