Application of Improved K-mean Clustering in Analyses of Gene Phylogenetic profile

This paper describes the theory of phylogenetic profile,focuses on the amelioration of K-mean clustering algorithm in analyzing the gene phylogenetic profile,also compare with the traditional K-mean clustering algorithm.The experimental results show that the amelioratd K-mean clustering algorithm is fast and effective,and can quickly converge to the approximate optimal solution.
