Research and realization of congestion avoidance algorithms based on TCP

This paper explaines how TCP utilize slip window technology to transfer mechanism of data packet. It has particularly discussed the correlative algorithm to congestion avoidance in the congestion control side. It has also illuminated in condition of network congestion, the service quality significance of improving network according to the influence of grouping overlap transmission mechanism by the overtime. Based on the research and analysis of traditional rapid overlap transmission mechanism and algorithm, it puts forward a new solution.Results show that the improved slow start and congestion avoidance algorithm can not only settle congestion question and improve transmission quality of network better but also make better use of the network resource and improve the whole performance of network.
