Research of Assistant Decision-making System of Water-saving Agricultural Fuzzy Synthesis Evaluation by Computer in Well-canal Combined Irrigation Patterns Region

Based on the lacking of water-saving evaluation system in well-canal combined irrigation patterns region,fuzzy synthesis evaluation technique were used,synthesis evaluation system and assistant decision-making system by computer were developed.This system was verified in Weihai well-canal combined irrigation patterns region,Shandong province,one of the national water-saving key research projects in the tenth Five-Plan.The result showed that the design and the evaluation index and the methods are reasonable and feasible.Assistant decisionmaking system by computer has a stable capability and easy to use.It can be as a guide for water-saving effect evaluation and post evaluation of project in different kinds of irrigation areas.
