Error correction scheme for SELP vocoder parameters

An error frame restoration algorithm was developed based on SELP,a very important model in the low bit speech coding domain.The algorithm was used to reconstruct various parameters that can not be corrected using the channel decoding algorithm according to the error information as well as the different characteristics of these parameters.Tests show that the speech quality is obviously improved at channel error rates of 1%,3% and 5%,especially with the average mean opinion score being increased by over 0.2 with the channel error rate of 5%.
