A Design and Implementation of Database Driver Based on C/C++

Summing up the advantage and disadvantage of JDBC and ODBC,a perfect drive library should have the characters which including easy-to-use,extension and cross-platform. Conformed to these characters,a kind of cross-platform database drive library which simulates JDBC is carried out by using C/C++. In this paper,the process of the drive library design,realization and test is e-laborated on. This drive library supplies one uniform interface to access database. It has more traits,such as handling simple,high efficiency and utility and so on.
