Integration of Softwares for Automation System of Reservoirs′ Flood Forecasting and Operation

The present situations of reservoirs' operation works in China are described; and the composition and functions of the automation system of reservoirs' flood forecasting and operation are discussed. By using modern programming techniques for softwares and system integration techniques; the application softwares; which are advanced, practical, reliable and friendly interface; have been developed. And they have been applied to 32 reserviors in China. Finally, the direction of further researches and the contents of function expansion are proposed.
