Hospital client relation management model research and application

Focusing on the problems of hospital client relation management, the article analyzed the necessity of change hospital service mode. A new hospital client management model cored with integrating hospital client resource and public relation management was presented. With the HIS and information integrated technology support, the hospital client relation management system could integration in net work environment.
