Business Rules Technology is a representation of a new technology. This paper mostly introduces Business Rules Technology and We discuss the problem of traditional CRM System and the Business Rules’s advantage in solving this problem, then aim to this advantage we particularly discuss the technology of Business Rules is applied in the CRM system, and we build a CRM System pro- totype based on this technology.
