Improved certificateless digital signcryption scheme

Signcryption is an efficient cryptographic primitive,it combines digital signature and encryption functions,so it re-duces the computation complexity and the communication cost.In this paper,a new efficient certificateless signcryption scheme is proposed.The proposed scheme is based on the DLP and CDHP.The new scheme only need two pairings in sign-cryption and de-signcryption stage,it is more efficient than the other certificateless signcryption schemes.
